Project 1
This home repair was due to out side rain running into the roof. Water damged the living room and kitchen walls and ceilings and floors. Repairs consisted of replacing sheet rock, wood base and shoe moldings, Also all hardwood flooring was replaced through out the entire main level being three bedrooms, hall, dinning area, living room and kitchen. All walls after repair on main level were also painted.
Project 2
This home repair was due to moisture and water intrusion in the crawlspace area. Water buildup affected the vapor barrier, insulation, and structural components beneath the home. Repairs consisted of removing damaged materials, addressing moisture issues, and reinforcing floor joists where needed. A new vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawlspace to prevent future moisture problems.
Project 3
This home repair was due to a kitchen fire that caused smoke and heat damage throughout the main level. Smoke-damaged walls, ceilings, cabinets, and flooring in multiple rooms. Repairs consisted of deep cleaning, odor removal, and installing new cabinets and countertops. Hardwood flooring was replaced throughout the affected areas. All walls and ceilings were repainted after repairs were completed.
Project 4
This home repair was due to heavy rain entering through a damaged roof. Replaced ceiling sheet rock and chandelier light
Project 5
This home repair was due to a burst water line that flooded the kitchen and lower level. Water damaged cabinets, drywall, and flooring throughout the area. Repairs consisted of removing all affected materials, replacing sheetrock, installing new cabinets and countertops, and repairing subfloor damage. New vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the kitchen and adjoining rooms.
Project 6
This home repair was due to long-term moisture buildup causing damage behind shower walls and flooring. Affected drywall, framing, and subfloor in the bathroom and nearby hallway. Repairs consisted of full mold remediation, replacing damaged sheetrock, framing repairs, and installing a new custom shower stall. New tile flooring and updated fixtures were installed.
