Project Title
This home repair was due to out side rain running into the roof. Water damged the living room and kitchen walls and ceilings and floors. Repairs consisted of replacing sheet rock, wood base and shoe moldings, Also all hardwood flooring was replaced through out the entire main level being three bedrooms, hall, dinning area, living room and kitchen. All walls after repair on main level were also painted.

Floor joist cleaned and sealed with new moisture Barrier installed

Sheet rock replaced and painted due to storm and water damaged. Chandelier installed
